Audrey BattenOwner / Managing Director
ABS was established in September 2016. Audrey Batten, Managing Director has over 25 years of HR, commercial and organisational management experience from working with Oil and Gas, Service, Marine, Aviation, Engineering, Subsea, Charitable and Retail organisations.
Audrey has been an integral part of the Management Teams in various Senior HR Manager roles. This covered geographic locations; UK, Norway, Africa, Singapore and Australia. She has been instrumental in several management buyouts and financial restructuring exercises.
Her key expertise includes organisational change, diversity, managing change, cultural realignment, leadership development, 1:1 coaching, mentoring, succession planning, training and development, psychometric techniques, competencies, recruitment, HR development and business process improvement.
Audrey has a comprehensive and strategic understanding of Human Resource Management, and more importantly its commercial significance within the business environment.
Audrey holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD), has Advanced Accreditation in Profiling and Leadership Training and is a qualified Internal QMS Auditor.
Lynne AduCommercial Director
Lynne Adu has over 25 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, her focus has been on the commercial side of businesses, working effectively at senior levels within organisations with extensive experience in Commercial Management, Contract Negotiation, Business Development and Sales.
Her most recent role was Vice President Commercial with a leading energy services company specialising in the provision of life-of-field solutions to the global oil and gas industry, joining them through the acquisition of a Subsea Company.
Lynne has strong international experience, having managed the commercial side of businesses globally, working on bids, tenders, and contracts for projects in a range of worldwide locations, she also has experience in setting up overseas business units, and mergers and acquisitions.
Lynne has an MBA from the Open University and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (MCIPS).
Sarah CunninghamHR Director
Sarah Cunningham has spent the last 18 years working in the field of Human Resources, with the majority of her career spent in the education environment. Prior to joining ABS, Sarah worked as a consultant in the Education and Oil & Gas sectors focusing on resourcing and training & development projects. Before moving into consultancy, Sarah was Head of HR for a Private Eduction College, where she was responsible for a broad strategic and operational remit. Previous to that, Sarah held Project Manager and HR Business Partner roles at Robert Gordon University. During her career, she has been involved in a number of change management, restructuring and HR/IT projects.
Sarah holds a BA Honours Degree in Commerce, an MSc in Human Resource Management, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD) and member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). Her qualifications include Advanced Employment Law Practitioner and PRINCE 2 Project Management. She is a Behavioural Assessment Practitioner and qualifyied Executive Coach and Mentor.
Andy GoodridgeHSE Training Director
Andy Goodridge has 29 years’ experience in HSEQ and Lifting operations. This covered major blue-chip companies across Oil and Gas, Marine, Subsea, Wind and Construction in strategic management and consultant positions overseeing UK, Europe and latterly worldwide operations.
His key strengths are within the organisational and procedural aspects of creating robust processes to achieve the HSEQ and lifting compliance objectives and outcomes. Lead auditor, instructor, assessor, coach, mentor, client representative, examiner, competency and assessment processes, technical expertise and knowledge support in HSEQ and lifting operations delivery and execution.
Andy is a qualified Lifting, Rigging and Banksman Examiner/Instructor. He is NEBOSH, RTITB, EMTA, LEEA, ECITB certified.
